
Mission:
Our mission is to support and elevate professional equestrian trainers by fostering constructive collaboration with governing bodies, advancing education on issues impacting the horse show industry, and developing leadership that upholds horsemanship, equine welfare, rider safety, and the integrity of the sport.
Purpose:
1. Fostering harmonious relations between trainers and governing bodies in equestrian sport through coordinated communication regarding rules and regulations with an emphasis on fairness, integrity, and sportsmanship.
2. Providing education and information to the horse show industry at large regarding contemporary issues facing equestrian professionals, exhibitors, and owners.
3. Fostering leadership among professional trainers to help guide and shape equestrian sport with an emphasis on horsemanship, equine welfare, and rider safety.
