The USETA Trainers Mentor Program is designed to give equestrian professionals an avenue to seek advice and guidance on training, business, and industry-related situations that may benefit from the experience of established professionals.

Whether you're navigating a challenging client situation, business decision, horse management question, staffing issue, lease agreement, pricing structure, or training concern, our mentor network is here to help.

How It Works

Submit your question to USETA.

Questions will be forwarded through the Trainers Mentor Program.

A mentor will provide insight, guidance, and practical experience to help you navigate the situation. They will reach out to you either via email or phone call. 

USETA is committed to supporting professional trainers through education, leadership, collaboration, and mentorship. The organization was created to support and elevate professional equestrian trainers while promoting horsemanship, equine welfare, rider safety, and the integrity of the sport.
